How often do you make promises to your children?

I don't do "promises". It's just a word, but comes with a lot of pressure. I do, however, try to always keep my word and live up to what I've said I would do...Whether or not something is prefaced with "I promise" doesn't mean that your kids are going to have any more faith in you if you don't keep your word on the small things.
