America and UK ignore international laws?

America and UK might have ignored international laws, openly at least people in the world know they are the ones who did it. But there are countries in the world who do it under the shield of freedom fighters or religious warriors because their motives are hidden and cannot do it openly. I am sure you will not ask why?
