Hi, I'm looking for my biological father.?

I can't tell my family what I'm doing as they would completely disapprove. I just want to find my dad. I found some files hidden in the attic stating my father's old address and I know his full name. I don't know any new information about him and there's no way I can ask my family. Any bright ideas! Please help me!! Thank you
