When asking a parental question on this board, don't you love when you get the smug, perfect parent answer?
It most certainly doesn't bother me enough to post a question about it. I don't see it as acting smug or superior. So what if their child is well behaved? So what if their child would never (drink a soda, eat a cookie, whatever). Why does it bother you so much? Just because they didn't state the downfalls? Why be negative? Why post I love my child but.....? Negativity isn't good for anyone. Staying positive makes you smile, makes you a happier and healthier person. Try it sometime!
