Children's video games back in early 2000?

I always played this video game when I was little but I can't remember the name of it! I forget how old I was but I was pretty young. here's like what I can remember. ok so there was like a little super kid who goes up in his attic to this world of like clouds I think? haha he had a blue cape and I think throughout the game you had to collect puzzle pieces. if anyone knows the name please tell me! haha thanks(:
