I was wondering...is there a way to bring dark spirits into the world?

When i moved into my house a few years ago, i went up to our attic at found pentagrams on the wall and blood on the floor, We just said it was stupid teenagers, but this whole time i live in my house it doesnt feel right. like somethings watching me. Things randomly fall and i hear voices. What can i do to stop this?
