Penis question??? LOL?

Soooo my boyfriend is having some personal issues and i need to get him answers but webmd is not helping. He has been complaining of soreness and feeling like there is always at least a little liquid inside at all times. He says its uncomfortable and sometimes painful. Also, at the tip, on one side of the hole its red and a little swollen. Anyone know anything about this??? I looked up UTI symptoms and he only has like 2 of them:/ Any advice would be helpful, thanks(:
