My alienware M17x is sweating?

i know this sounds weird but theres these 4 or 5 small lines that appear to be water or some liquid on my screen. they are about a centimeter long each so its not a big deal at all but im very curious. it catches my attention and i wipe about once a month. it doesnt get worse if i dont wipe it off. any ideas? i know alienwares have liquid cooling and my laptop has has a 3.4 gigahertz processor so it must have some cooling system
