I hate my girlfriends best friend with a passion, what should i do :(?

as hard as it is... you're going to have to get along with the guy. if you really like this girl as much as you say you do. you have to be honest with her and tell her that you don't feel comfortable around this guy however. you love her so you will try to make things work. it doesn't mean you have to be best friends with him too. just try to limit your contact with him. let your girlfriend know you will try to make a conscious effort to be civil with him but she needs to realize that there IS a problem and you don't want her to have friends. look- the bottom line is, if you think this girl is the right person for you- you have to make nice. there is a very good chance he's going to be best friends with her for a long time. talk to the guy! see if you have any similar interests. if your girlfriends sees that your trying to make it work she might be more open to making more time for JUST the two of you... good luck!
