How do you waterproof liquid eyeliner off of a wall? (Please answer soon!)?

Never mind how it got on the walls, but how do you wash waterproof liquid eyeliner off of a wall. It is in drawings all over my wall and some on the ceilings. I've tried soapy water, makeup remover, olive oil and none of them worked. What should I do?
