How can I get rid of my wart fast and painless?

I have common warts on all ten of my fingers and Im going to a new school in 2 months And I want them to be gone before school starts. I have tried freezing it but that just hurts. The cream and liquid stuff takes to long to do and its annoying having to do it all the time.
